Ozan Food Falafel GmbH is a family business specialised in the production of oriental dough products for retail and wholesale.

The company was founded in 1987 by H. Erhelvaci, who had already been engaged in the production of oriental dough products for 40 years. From 1997 the family business was taken over by his son C. Erhelvaci, who had already been working in the company for more than 20 years.

In our production facility in Berlin, our falafel is freshly produced every day according to a traditional recipe - 100% vegan and in certified quality. We supply both retail and wholesale customers throughout Germany.
